2 Months ago I was experiencing a strong pain in my shoulder which had resulted from an injury at the gym. I tried to work through the pain myself, hoping it would just go away on it’s own. Unfortunately it didn’t and persisted for 2 more weeks before I decided to book in a session with Tess. From my first assessment, Tess took the time to understand my injury and proceeded to provide a treatment specifically for it. I hadn’t received acupuncture in a few years so was a bit anxious about the needles, but as soon as treatment started I felt completely relaxed and honestly there was no pain at all. Within 2 sessions my shoulder was pretty much back at full strength, I had all my mobility back, no pain at all and I was back in the gym on the overhead barbell press! Thank you Tess, you are truly excellent at what you do!

Not too long ago I was struggling with lower back pain, which is not a big surprise since I’m in the building industry. Generally I have slight lower back pain every day but I’ve got used to it. This time I couldn’t even walk, it was like my legs were being cut off. I was taking very strong painkillers, which only helped temporarily. I contacted Tess, and she offered an appointment on the same day, which wasn’t easy for me due to the fact I couldn’t really drive because of the pain. So you can imagine the situation: on my first visit I couldn’t stay straight so Tess had to do the treatment with me sitting. But I could feel progress after each session with Tess, and after around two weeks I was feeling much better. I’d like to thank Tess for her speedy response, and for being so helpful and professional.

I went to Tess for acupuncture during fertility treatment. Her bedside manner is excellent, she takes time to find out how you’re feeling and what your problems are at every session. The sessions themselves were very relaxing and she was very accommodating with helping me at specific points in my treatment cycle.
