Have kept my model x for over a month for repair. Wont give me any timescale. They have no idea how to fix the car issues. Have caused further issues with car after taking car for repair. They have given a lower model as courtsey car after a lot of hassle caused to us. But still not acceptable as they wont provide any timescale for repair. Extremely poor service, very unreliable and I hope Elon musk fixes this company's service.
