Went to collect my Model Y. Unlike most dealerships where they give you a bit of flair when collecting a new car. At Tesla it felt like I was queueing up to collect a fast food order instead. Place was clean and spacious, staff were friendly enough but it was very busy.

Very disappointing, my son first new car, what a disappointment, drive 2 hours to a car park portocabin, here are your keys, there is your car, oh it's only 40% charged. I guess that will be the most underwhelming £58,000 my son will ever spend!

But underwhelming, it’s basically a car park with a temporary shed where you pick up your car. Note your car will only be 30% charged when you collect and to get it charged at a nearby Tesla charger at the shopping centre next year you need to have your Tesla app & card set up - not the smoothest or most exciting pickup for a new car purchase

For a car of this price, the collection process is horrendous. Little pop up booth in the middle of the car park, chaos like immigration inside, car not charged, buyers having to roam around the car park to find your own car.
