Having recently purchased a Tesla and getting a very good service pre-ownership, the experience right from the point of delivery wrt to Sales and Service have left us heavily disappointed and frustrated. After having issues with the car within the first 14 days of delivery (right from pick up point tbh) we have been left with multiple promises of resolution and numerous times have been given deadlines for a Tesla sales team call back for said resolution to issues and all those time lines have passed without a single call as promised. feeling quite let down by the way Tesla as an organisation and then further their sales staff treat customers after sale has been completed. was planning on buying a second car, but with this experience we shall not be looking towards Tesla again as a first choice being existing customers. I have spoken to multiple existing and ex-owners who share the sentiment.
