Really poor service. No one in the shop on arrival. Had to walk and find someone from service. They grudgingly helped me when I said I couldn't do by app which I why I had driven in. Just clicked away on computer didn't really tell me what was happening. Then just walked off to talk to someone looking at a car. Had to find someone else to help who told me someone would be with me shortly.

OK service, could have put my car on charge after but ignored the request. Many charging bays iced, some had cars in not charging. Small point but makes the difference.

I cancelled an order for a model Y on January 31st 2023 due to the omission of parking sensors. I have been waiting for a refund of £25,000 since then and been in contact numerous times. It is impossible to speak to somebody in person with any authority to tell you anything other than this is being processed and there is a glitch in their system. Trying to phone Tesla is a useless experience and sometimes you will be on hold for a very long time without getting through to somebody that can help with this issue. I have tried emailing and texting. A truly horrible company to deal with, and I am still waiting for my refund. I am having to serve a statutory demand for my money and have had to go through the hassle of contacting a solicitor. At the time of asking about parking sensors in the showroom prior to cancelling, the salesperson basically said that I should learn to become a better driver to drive without parking sensors. A really rude exchange with my wife and kids all present. If this is what the user experience is like prior to owning a car, I dread to think what the experience would be like after ownership if the car developed a problem.
