Told to arrive at 11am, waited 40 minutes in a queue, then told my car wasn't ready, eventually got it at 12.40pm, with a 20% charge on the battery. Staggeringly bad customer service. Nice car.

Poor service from day 1 picking up a new model 3 (2022). Light scratches all over, was booked in for a polish before I even got in to drive it. Numerous issues over the period of ownership which remain unresolved. Highly unprofessional management that really couldn’t care less. They will also fail to respond to emails/calls. I’m pretty certain they pick and choose who they want to speak to and when, lack of basic customer services skills. Better build quality, staff and customer service from other brands (having owned over 20 cars in my time of driving). First hand experience from an owner. Happy to share details with anyone else. Also, their customer resolutions team are also not interested and hide behind the small print that they are not part of any ADR scheme nor the motor ombudsman.
