Dreadful the worst service experience by a long way, you are forced to use a messaging system instead of talking to a human and they don’t reply to the messages? I wasted most of the day waiting for my Model 3 to be serviced only to be told we won’t even start you car today would of been nice if I’d been told this when I arrived 3.5 hours ago.
