My friend Gary and I booked a test drive at the Chelmsford branch. Test drove Model 3. Super drive, sleek, stylish and has amazing power, surprisingly! We were looked after by Jason Boshi. We were both astounded how knowledgeable he was. We found him to be pleasant, polite and very professional. Gary, will be looking at other vehicles and should he choose a Tesla he will, be certain to come back to Jason, as he was extremely happy with the service he provided.

I got called by Jason from Chelmsford branch to book me a test drive. I explained it was not needed anymore as I bought the Tesla already but was confused about supercharger. Jason realised I needed technical support many other thing such as autopilot, dashcam etc etc. He kindly stayed on the phone and talked me through it slowly and showed me many things I did not know my car could do. He could easily have delegated this to someone else, or told me to go to a website or mentioned he is sales and not technical support. This is my first customer service experience with Tesla and I must say I was extremely impressed. Jason felt extremely enthusiastic about my car which rubbed off on me too and now I feel like I own the best car in the world.

Excellent experience with a test drive at Chelmsford Tesla. Glen was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered a MYLR and collected it 7 days later from Brent Cross. All in all a flawessly easy experience and the car itself is great.
