Your not just buying a car, but a lifestyle choice, an experience. The experience started with walking in and being met by such a different approach. These guys are not salesman, these guys are (in my words) technical 'Journey engineers', perhaps from a sales background, but it seems they understand how cringe traditional sales tactics is just off putting. The cars sell themselves, the team at Tesla Bournemouth simply guide through the journey of endless features on the car. These cars feel different because they are different. They break the status qou - for the right reasons! Start to finish, no pushy sales, just felt genuine assistance. So refreshing and made it easy to be genuine about where we were with changing our car, knowing each word isn't going to used against in some pushy sales tactic. Hayden was our point of contact, who, like I'm sure with the rest of the team was great help and very conscientious. Pop in, you can expect different yup other car dealerships.

Visited the site as a first foray into electric cars and was impressed by what I saw. The cars were were not what I expected from some of the online reviews and have changed my opinion of EVs and do seem a viable alternative for us. Clean showroom and patient and helpful staff, we are now trying to find the car that ticks all the boxes.
