We had the best experience at this body shop. The people were all kind, wonderful people who provided a great customer experience, and the work on our Tesla was excellent. It did take a while to get the original quote for the work and thus to get booked in, but after that it was smooth sailing. I’d highly recommend.

Exemplary customer service, which is not just excellent, but also friendly and relaxed. The was a hitch that meant my car's body repair work had to be delayed slightly - the guys at the Tesla Body Shop Dartford bent over backwards to help me and minimise any inconvenience. Not only is our Model 3 the best car in the world, but the Tesla Body Shop and the Tesla Service Centre in Dartford offer friendly customer service which I imagine only Rolls Royce or Bentley could match.
