Was very disappointed with the service. Felt like they didn't listen to me. I was after advice but was just sold something rather than given any info about it. I read the back of the product and then returned to ask some follow up questions. Spoken to like I was holding them up - like they had better things to do than to help. I explained my concern with the product and some phrasing. But they basically told me, if I have the thing I indicated, to go to the GP. We went round and round about my symptoms and what advice they had but basically ended up refunding the product and walked off, which left me confused and unsure what to do. Extremely unhelpful and just poor customer service. Just bought something over the counter in Tesco store instead. I'll definitely be going to a different pharmacy in the future

Terrible service! I went to get some probiotics as I couldn't find any in Tesco to be told to go to Holland & Barrett, which was closed anyway. You are not there for prescriptions only, in case you forgot. It's called a Pharmacy for a reason. Very rude staff, unhelpful and careless. They can't be bothered. And this is not a one time experience. It's always been like this but I've had enough. Someone should take some measures!

So disappointed in the way I was spoken to by the pharmacist. She seemed very rude and spoke down to me. I apologised that I didnt understand the way the 111 service and and pharmacist worked together and she made me feel stupid for not knowing their system. Never have I ever been so humiliated in my life by an individual. She should be ashamed of herself.
