Thanks for cancelling the order I spent 90 minutes building without a hint of explanation and no offer of a timely alternate time slot (10 days in the future is NOT timely). Thanks for changing all the prices so I have to be part of your card system to get half decent prices. Thanks for firing all the staff on the deli counter to save a couple of pounds. Your in store staff are pretty decent. Your business practices are abysmal.

Started to use this store as it doesn't have internet shopping staff filling the aisles. However as a customer who self scans it has become increasingly annoying that the quick serve/self scan tills increasingly are not working . This means it would be quicker going to a manned till. Plus the lack of trolleys that have holders for the shopping scanners. The whole self scan system seems to be hit and miss with the handsets having difficulty with barcodes and today the handset failed right at the end of a shop. So had to start from scratch. Have also noticed that you have to go and get a trolley from the trolley parks , round the car park and find a basket from the tills. Like many shops it is a shame that the Blue Badge parking is not supervised and frequently all the spaces are taken by cars not displaying badges. This was always a lovely little community store , with a little thought and care it could still be.
