She listened to all of my requests and was able to do very natural makeup/hair with subtle changes that changed the whole feel of the shot. I recently got married in the Atrium at Hackney Town Hall and Terri did mine and my Mums make up and we were both so happy with it! Terri is so lovely, and was such a calming presence on the morning. She made sure we both had the make up we wanted - not too heavy (which can sometimes be an issue with other bridal make up) and we both then had lipstick to keep (and top up as needed throughout the day). Terri is AMAZING!💕 Both as a make-up artist expert & also as a humanitarian type personality. I have visible facial scarring & lower facial disfigurement. There was a lot of fear relating to how I look due to Body Dysmorphic Disorder on top of actually being extra asymmetric. My ideas in my head of what I thought I needed such as contouring, shading etc were in reality not going to benefit me in the way I thought they might. Additionally I'd had great fear over my lip line due to scarring. Put simply I was scared of my own reflection. Terri helped erase some of the idea's I'd had, (contouring) based on colour science & that working with the shadows caused by surface irregularity was going to be far more flattering than some of the YouTube & TikTok tutorials I'd watched in desperation of trying to work towards a more balanced image. Terri was extremely sympathetic when it came to my lip line & helped me explore either using a liner (so stressful to get it right),or just dabbing a neutral pinky coloured Kryolan Lip Tint on which was far more flattering & way less stressful. Terri has honestly changed my life by listening to all of my concerns & not only that but caring enough to be generous with her time until I felt safe to work with my own reflection.This is something I'll be eternally grateful for as up until now I've either spent 2hrs infront of a mirror stressing out or 10 minutes feeling any effort wasn't worth it, (that I wasn't worth it). Terri gave me clear step by step guidance for the application process & also some personal colour guidance for my individual tones. This was followed up by a written guide which she took the time to type up for me & emailed it on. Thanks to being in the presence of Terri & her obvious decade's of experience I'm no longer scared of my appearence to the point it's FINALLY helped me to accept the way I look after 41 year's of anxiety. I cannot recommend Terri Pace highly enough, she is one of the kindest people I have ever met. Terri is the most remarkable make up artist I have ever hired. Her skills are in creating unexpected and amazing results. She talks through all of her decisions, she endeavors to make her work product appropriate from the person and the event and the look. I’ve hired Terri twice and I wish it could be a lot more but given I visit London once every few months I’m happy about the time i have had with her. I frankly don’t want to leave her a great review because it would just make her that much more busy and difficult to book her time in the future but she’s so amazing it’s worth sharing this publicly!

Terri was absolutely amazing. I booked her to do hair and makeup for my wedding and also for my 2 daughters. We didn’t have a trial due to Covid but she asked what look we preferred beforehand and completely listened to what we wanted. Us not being great users of makeup didn’t matter and she was lovely to chat to and made us totally comfortable with the whole process. She arrived at our hotel on time and spent about an hour on each of us ensuring we were happy with what she had done. I could not fault her. We looked amazing and she has been super lovely since also, advising on products and asking how the day went. Excellent service and great value for money. How lucky we were to find her.
