The venue itself is really good but the staff and service are terrible. We took our family there for 2 games of bowling and a meal each, which was booked and paid for online. We had been there an hour and finished our first game, but still no sign of our food, we enquired twice at the bar and was told they were just putting it in and would be 10 mins, when we asked the third time we had waited by then an hour and half and had 3 hungry children only to be told we hadn't ordered any food, even when we showed them our booking confirmation which showed them the food order along with the games the manager was very rude and said that didn't mean anything to her. In the end we complained to a different manager and had a full refund. Unfortunately the staff are letting this venue down badly.

We had the best bank holiday here. The boys had such a good time, the venue is clean and spacious. They have bowling, arcades, pool, escape rooms, great food all under one roof. We can't wait to go back, this place has fun for the whole family.

Best to book first all time slotted but works well. Bar and food are available use your own shoe etc. Very lively atmosphere and lots of gaming machines (fairground like) massive car park, just pay on exit
