The staff and security are so rude to me and my partner we have been in there a few times and it was okay but today the security guy decided to get into my girlfriend face and try to touch her saying she wasn’t allowed in when she has a support dog but she has a medical letter stating that she has to be with her at all times they are so rude completely lost our custom and so dear in there for drinks and food never again am I going in there

Pretty good place honestly, went down there the other day with mates and had fun bowling, £7 per person for 1 game is okay I might say with enough people it's definitely enough time. Also a nice place to play a bit of pool.

The duty manager (with a beard) was extremely rude a squared up to a middle-aged lady who complained that a child had just lost some money in a machine, while at a children's party.
