    I have had to replace my review from several weeks ago (two stars): Having returned to this establishment yesterday to make use of the amusements part of the venue with my two small children, I have to revise my star ranking to 'one'. The state of the various machines is extremely poor. Almost all the machines we used had something wrong with them. Either the tickets needed to be refilled, or the was a technical fault. We wasted money on machines that did not work and spent more time waiting for a member of staff to fix the machine or return our money than actually using the machines. This level of service is utterly unacceptable. To top it off, one member of staff was rude to me when I pointed this out (young woman with dark hair and plenty of foundation/makeup). I shall not be returning. Tip: If you do go there do NOT use the 'grabber' machines. It's a scam and you CANNOT win. They are deliberately designed to be too weak to actually gab and hold the toy.

    It took 1h for our food to be served. Once it arrives, the waitress does not say anything or apologise for the wait. The food had been clearly heated, it was all very dry and tasteless. Would not recommend at all.
