I ordered my two new racquets yesterday and they arrived today in perfect condition! I'd advise perhaps some good branded packaging to send the items in but all in all I'm very satisfied and can't wait to try them out on court ☺️

My order arrived in 2 days and I ordered on boxing day. I’ve made a refund the same day because the size didn’t fit. I received emails every time my order/refund was going through a faze, so very happy with that. Not 5 stars because I got a refund when I’ve asked for an exchange in the return form and by phone but I still had to pay again for the right sized item and waited for the refund to go through.
