the service was outstanding roughly around 4 weeks before we lost our boy rossi we made a appointment to go meet Mark and go through things with him and what i wanted for rossi because we did not have long left we was happy because we new what to expect then that time come when we had to take rossi to tendering cremations we was met by Mark on arrival and took rossi into the Chappell of rest where we was given all the time we wanted with rossi Mark was very caring i could not fault them at all rossi was treated with the upmost care and respect i got a call later that afternoon to say rossi is ready to collect when we got there rossi was in his staffie hern a beautfull paw print his memory bear we have had some jewelry made and look forward to it the service and care was outstanding 100 percent recomend my rossi was sixteen and ten month old

We had to say goodbye to our beautiful boy Coby and can't thank Callum enough for his compassion and empathy. He liaised with Lucy the vet (Lucy Mitchell) which made this horrible time so much more bearable. He came and took Coby in his own bed which so lovely . He rang us later in the day to let us know that Coby was at peace and that we would be able to pick him up on the Monday. When we arrived we really felt that Coby had been looked after with dignity and respect. I would highly recommend this service to anyone that has to make this horrible decision.
