    A courier that is not only still stuck in the dark ages when it comes to tracking but probably one of the most unreliable networks in the business. As a business, there were comfortably 5-10% of consignments that had an attempted delivery that was late and consumers have no way to formally interact with the network meaning the buck stops with the sender. In order to get an update you have to call the local depot, who call the hub or delivery local depot who will then contact the driver, "if" you get a response back the message is relayed to the local delivery depot, then back to the hub or Tendering Express to then relay to the sender who can then inform the recipient. Its a system about as efficient as a chocolate teapot. More concerning is that very often consignments were lost or stolen and lies invented to cover their tracks with no resolution for days or even weeks after all whilst our customers patiently waited until we could get an answer. Tendering Express also recently attempted to sue us for short of 5K due to an "unpaid bill" which of course was historically paid, needless to say once it got to court, not only did we run rings around their so called "legal team" but they lost out pretty badly. We use DPD now, the service and reliability difference is night and day.

    Driver waited less than a minute before leaving a "missed you" card and driving off. Requested a re-delivery on Wednesday - came today and left another card, which is why we requested Wednesday. Now expect us to collect from their depot, which is closed at the weekend. Have therefore requested a refund from the supplier and will AVOID this company in future.
