Please make sure your leaving reviews for the correct business! Firstly, I would like to point out that reviews are very important to businesses theses days as with a quick Google, people can see a consumer experience and make a decision rightly or wrongly from what they believe is a consumer past experience with the business they have left a review for. Sometimes this can be great for the consumer if done correctly, but not always great for a business especially if it’s for the wrong business, as it may be not a true reflection of them. Looking at the past reviews, I feel I need to explain what’s what with this business. Tender Sleep Beds Limited are based in Birmingham and are a premium bed manufacturing company, supplying top quality beds and mattresses only, they do not sell any furniture. They are a family business that’s been established for over twenty years and for good reason. Tender Sleep Ltd are a completely different business based in the London area and were only established back in 2020. They sell a full range of furniture including beds and mattresses and are nothing at all to do with this business, which would explain why people are referring to products that this business doesn’t even sell and are most certainly where most of these bad reviews must be coming from. Secondly, let me give you a true reflection of my experience with this business. From the ordering process to the delivery, I can’t fault them, they are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. The delivery driver was also a credit to the business and was very friendly and helpful. Thirdly- the product! I’ve ordered a good few beds and mattresses over the years but this is my favourite- quality build, nice materials and more importantly it’s given me one of the best nice sleeps I’ve ever had. Moving forward, I will not be purchasing a bed or mattress from anyone else. Keep up the great work guys!

I will not recommend anyone to buy furniture from here. Don't shop, save money. The quality is not as good as they committed. There is no return policy. Customer service is very poor. Nobody bothers to contact you when you complaint.
