What a disappointing experience. When I first called the receptionist didn't even know what the condition I mentioned was and thought it didn't exist. Was told to call so one of the nurses could chat to me even though no appointments would be promised and I had explained this is serious and my gp said I first need to go to a clinic if I want to get treated for a condition I've had for a year now. Absolutely useless. I can't have a same day appointment when I work full time. Still, I called as advised only for the automatic voice to keep repeating the options for several minutes even though I had pressed the number to be redirected. Frustrating to say the least.

Absolutely ridiculous since the pandemic. I have been going here for my contraception for 15 years prior to the pandemic it was easy plenty of drop in clinics through the week for you to attend. Since the pandemic you now have to ring on a morning and beg for a phone call then go pick it up, they aren't even doing the standard blood pressure checks anymore. This week i have needed my pill again i rang on monday to be told they aren't doing any contraception at the moment and to ring gp, my gp refused to do it and said the clinic should do it. Having gotten back in touch with the clinic they have reluctantly booked me an appointment for in a weeks time despite being all out of contraception which will exasperate my symptoms and land me in severe pain for a week until i get more. Its beyond a joke, the call handler is rude and un caring, theres no decent level of care what so ever anymore

They don’t answer the phone and the one time they did for me months ago they said they don’t allow booking appointments to remove implants, how are we supposed to access services? Shocking.

A really good service. They had a cancellation so got an appt the same day. The appt it self was clear, informative and didn’t feel rushed. The Dr was kind and very thorough too. All the staff were so polite - receptionist, hca and dr. They put you at ease and are really professional. A really well run service.

I initially called 2 weeks ago and they were unable to see me as they had no appointments available and told me to call everyday at 8am and after explaining I only have one day off during the week I just got an “okay bye”. I called again today and was met with exactly the same response. Cannot get into here and my GP doesn’t do it there. Really unhappy With how rude the receptionist was!

First time dealing with this sort of thing and the experience from first call to attending the clinic was brilliant. The staff on the calls and in the clinic were not judgemental, they were friendly and professional, they are definitely in the right job! To anyone sitting at home worried about getting in touch/going, do not think twice. Yes it is daunting and you will be nervous, but just get yourself there. Thankyou to all the staff, your work is very much appreciated.
