I didn't end up renting with Tenant link for a few reasons listed below after paying my reference costs I went to the store front to show my ID to find it closed for refurb after finding them I was asked to provide my ID in the street! The level of information they requested was just ridiculous! you have to do your own credit check generate reports and send it to them all in a short time frame that's explained too you in a poorly toned email you have to set up free trial accounts to be able to generate these reports which I found annoying and time consuming the goal posts of what was and wasn't acceptable documentation or proofs kept changing throughout the process and finally I was asked to pay my deposit and rent upfront before my guarantor had even been accepted it was after this I pulled out of the property with Tenant link

Rachel was lovely during the whole process of referencing. This is my first rented property that has not been a shared house and Rachel has been the sweetest being so helpful throughout the process. Would definitely recommend for other professionals or even first time renters if you are students. Everything was explained and all documents that were needed were explained so knew what was required to send

A long winded process in order to get a property due to a lack of communication and organisation. We were asked several times for documents we'd either already submitted or weren't told about until the last second making the process incredibly stressful, especially for first time tenants. However, we did get the property we set about getting eventually which is a massive relief and we can't wait to move in in July.

We have moved out of the property (last week) that we rented through Tenant Link for nearly 6 years, as the landlord was selling the property (otherwise we would have continued for more time). It has been great experience to rent through Tenant Link - very responsive and helpful team. I would like call out Janine and Jackie who has been very helpful and professional to handle any queries - renewals, maintenance, moving out or any other questions. The maintenance team is very quick, we have had leak recently and was attended to at highest priority and solved the problem. The move out process has been smooth. We miss renting through them.

These letting agents were fine up until we moved out, at which point they became money grabbers and attempted to charge us for £520 worth of cleaning and damages. We used the Tenancy Deposit Scheme dispute service and were awarded £500 back. I would not recommend this letting agent to anyone, they are unreasonable and rude.
