Great exercise with a Great coach. Jamie invited me to a morning session and loved it. Even though it was a group session the individual tips given made it feel like a one to one. Definitely got the heart rate going and can’t wait to make this my weekend morning routine.

I joined the cardio tennis class to get fit again and have found a new love for tennis! It encourages you to push yourself to your limits and beyond but at the same time have fun and enjoy the company of the others taking part. Jamie is an awesome coach and I look forward to the next session as soon as my last one has finished. My daughter also goes to the lessons and is thoroughly enjoying it. It’s the first racquet sport she’s ever played, as I think it is for a lot of the kids in the class, but Jamie and his assistant encourage and stop to help every single one of them to accomplish the skills they are learning each week. Really impressed! Thank you x
