    Please do yourself a favour and stay clear of this agency. They have no idea about contract law and now I am faced with reporting them to their regulatory body and suing them for my rent deposit and one months rent. With no valid contract because the landlord was unable to get his previous tenant out before our move in date rendering us homeless and a complaint lodged requesting my money back, they ignored me and paid their client. They only care about their commission and their client. This is of course not my problem as they are about to find out. Give me my money back and stop this unprofessional behaviour.

    Avoid, Terrible company. If you have to deal with Lorenzo he is a snake, and at the end of the day does not care about your well being, basically left me for dead in an apartment that the living conditions deserve -20 starts. Read your contract carefully as Lorenzo and his team are a bunch of con artist. -> In response to your reply, more happy to send you my lease agreement that I had with tempocasa, screenshot messages with your company and with Lorenzo. Would you like me to post them here on my review so everyone can see?
