DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My husband and his friends booked Tempo to take them from Romsey to Chichester for his Stag party. The coach did not turn up. I spent time on the phone to an employee who denied there was ever a booking despite having evidence of bank transfers and confirmation emails. Managed to get a company from Portsmouth to step in last minute. Believe the reviews about fraudulent behaviour, the owner of this company has an awful track record. Save yourself time, money and stress and find another company. I wish I didn't even have to give them one star.

Just heard an item on this company on BBC Radio 4 You and Yours. Don't touch them with a barge pole. The guy who runs it has run other coach companies who have taken peoples money and not provided coaches. These companies have over 65 County Court Judgments against them totaling some £130000.

Do not use this company. I paid balance into the account provided by company, after 3days of phone calls waiting on confirmation of receipt of payment, Rikki(one of the directors) gave me another account to pay into saying the first account i was given is not their company account. I paid the balance a to avoid cancellation of a planned trip to the beach and still no confirmation on receipt of payment. They emailed the Friday before the trip to cancel saying they have mechanical issues. Still no reply on their numbers and no refund. They have bad organisational skills, bad customer service. No intention of providing a service. Stay clear from this fraudulent company and its director Rikki and cohort Kimberly.

I booked a coach to Ascot races but they failed to show up I have had no response to emails or return of my numerous phone calls in an attempt to retrieve the deposit. *** update post response... The response to this review is further evidence of the operating practices of this company! I emailed and tried to call the company every day leading up to the arranged trip but had no reponse. I have not had a refund and have been chasing them ever since finally, I spoke to someone last week and they are now claiming I had no booking at all despite being able to supply the e-mail confirmation I received as evidence, the bank transaction for the deposit and the e-mail claiming they had refunded me! I am now unable get hold of anyone again......

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Guys, I have to share my experience with you, I work in another travel company and we have organized a day trip and decided to use tempotravel's coach as other company based in Southampton are fully booked, and I tried to get the driver's information from the day before, and I called 5 times including emailing the company, they then finally given a driver name to me, and it's Richard, who is owner of the company apparently, and on the day, the coach never turned up and not picking up phone calls. and our tour guide nearly got ate by the our customers. I'm just been honest here, please please please do not use their vehicles!!!
