Honestly, if there is a 0 star that’s what I would use to rate this surgery. This place has gone from Worse to Worst these past few years. The receptionists here are laziest individuals with the worst attitude problem and racist behaviour. The incident I faced today is unacceptable. The receptionists Tracy Cooke & Pauline treated me very poorly when I brought our 4 yo for his doctor’s appointment. They had no problem flirting & chatting away for 18-20 mins with a middle aged man. What is far more unacceptable to me is the way Pauline snapped at my 4 yo old son for moving towards her desk. He did not even go anywhere near her or her desk, he moved slightly towards it. However, Pauline snapped and gently pushed my 4 yo old which is totally unacceptable and I will file a complaint against this surgery and those 2 individuals (Tracy Cooke & Pauline) at the reception. They are the laziest people around who had no problem spending working hours to flirt with a middle aged man (white) but seem to have an issue answering people which is their primary job. I warned them for their misbehaviour before I left. It’s a shame about this surgery because the doctors (Ola, Phillipa etc) are lovely people. It’s the poor attitude and misbehaviour of the receptionists that’s always been the problem. I am leaving this review right outside the surgery because today’s incident is totally unacceptable to me. I will write to the highest level in NHS to get people like this sorted out. These two receptionist are a disgrace to the doctors, nurses and NHS in general. The trauma of dealing with this surgery is why we go private these days. Surgeries like this are a waste of tax payers’s money.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at GP surgery regarding my recent attempt to book an emergency appointment for my back pain. On the day in question, I tried calling the surgery early in the morning, but to my dismay, the line was down. When I finally got through to a member of staff, I explained my situation and requested an emergency appointment, but was told that there were no appointments available. Despite my persistence, the staff member remained unhelpful and unaccommodating. She simply suggested that I call the NHS helpline, 111, and request that they book me in for an appointment. However, when I called 111, they informed me that the surgery does not have this option, leaving me in a state of utter helplessness. As a patient, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from your GP surgery. It is unacceptable that I was unable to book an emergency appointment when I needed it the most. I believe that every patient deserves prompt and efficient medical care, and it is disheartening to see that this was not provided in my case. I hope that you take my complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that this kind of situation does not occur in the future. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

Been with the surgery for 2 years now and can't fault anything. Receptionists, doctors, nurses- all have been absolutely amazing with us and our 15 month old.

We moved to Dartford 5 years ago and have been meaning to join a GP locally since. The terrible reviews in all GPs (it seems) local to us really put us off and we stayed with our GP in London. Since having a baby we had to take a leap of faith and register with one locally as it was unsafe and impractical not to. We joined Temple Hill Surgery a few months ago. Everything has been faultless since! The reception staff are polite and accomodating since day one. The doctors and nurses are thorough and friendly. The online system is perfect: we submit a form online with our appointment request and receive a text message practically on the same day confirming a time and date never waiting on the phone to speak to someone. We are really happy with this surgery and unless something has drastically changed in the running of things recently we do not understand previous reviews.

Caring doctors and nurses. Because they open on Saturday, it is convenient for people like me who work Monday to Friday

Was 1st in the queue for 2 AND A HALF HOURS. what could possibly take so long over the phone? Convinced they don’t even pick up. The call says to use the website for an “e consult” which is never even available. Useless.
