Simply Moving and Sleeping
With the restrictions of lockdown it’s been really difficult to reach customers the way that we’re used to. We’re an incredibly customer centered business but haven’t been able to interact and see people as we usually would. Seeing a shift in approach with other companies, both in the industry and in general, turning to more digital and online promotion, our original brief was purely to market our hoist’s five year warranty. After consulting and discussing our aims with Tell, they advised a different - more holistic - approach in order to more effectively reach our customers. The final films and deliverables met and far exceeded our aims and expectations; without a doubt. The guys were fantastic and the professional feel of the video is phenomenal. We’re sending them out constantly in communications and the main film will also be going up on the homepage of our website. We’re really chuffed with it. We are a reasonably small company, for the industry, and the films have really improved how professional and established our business comes across; as well as being another thing to add to our marketing arsenal. The feedback from customers has also been great. There’s a couple of big contracts that we have been working on for a while and we’ve used these videos throughout our approach. Despite not being able to get out and see people, the videos have given us a solid introduction and gotten us in front of these customers for those initial conversations. We’ve never actually physically met the customers, but the videos have meant that we’re likely going to win the work. Working with the team at Tell Studio was a really positive experience, everyone felt immediately at ease. Throughout the project they managed to stick to tight deadlines, yet at the same time making the process really relaxed and enjoyable. The guys were amazing at making us feel comfortable in front of the camera, whilst teasing what they wanted from us from behind it: all in a completely natural way and working to each other's strengths.
