Despite my desire to support a local business, I cannot bring myself to return due to poor customer service. I had planned to have a professional dashcam installation and arrived for my scheduled appointment, only to find nobody there. I contacted Paul, who informed me he would be 40 minutes late, but was rude and hung up on me. While it's great to be your own boss, it also means you have a responsibility to take care of your customers. This isn't the first time I've experienced this issue, and using a long weekend as an excuse doesn't cut it. If you're going to be late or unable to fulfil a commitment, it's essential to notify your customers. Ride safely.

USELESS, Second time in my short time in Telford that that I've turned up for an MOT and there's been nobody there, waited till 10.30 on both occasions. His don't really care attitude is really bad and always come away thinking he doesn't really want my business. Not surprised his diary is completely empty. Reply to reply. So I gave you the wrong number two years on the trot? I doubt that very much, don't try to blame in on me, pathetic. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Clearly not in your customer service. I think if you cared about your business you'd be asking me to rebook and put things right but clearly no intention at all, you've lost my custom for sure anyway.

Booked in for an MOT at 4pm, turned up and it was closed...tried calling and messaging but no answer, had to book it elsewhere, AVOID this place and book into a professional one instead, unreliable. Save yourself time and hassle, book with Road and Race, ended up getting mine done there, very professional 5* service and not too far either!
