When I got the last Enyaq in the UK before the backlog I came back to Telford, Carlisle for the service and a problem that my local dealer failed to address. Again Carlisle and Alan came up trumps. They researched the problem and gave lots of options. Where the local dealer had fobbed me off. Alan delved deeper and helped me out. If you are in Cumbria then 100% use Telford Skoda over Morecambe.     My dad bought a skoda superb sportline estate from telfords in 2021, sadly passed in nov 22, I took on the car, and and they transferd the second service over too me. Just had its second service, and it was a pleasent experience, lovely clean certisy car, and the staff were all really pleasant and helpfull. Service video was sent, and paperwork talked through at the end, as well as a follow up call the next day. Highly recommend. Will deffo go back. Michael Whitehaven.
