First class service and can't recommend highly enough. Fixed my QLED 55" tv following a screen fault. Telefaults ltd sent a technician (v professional guy) out within 24hrs of making the call to them who took the tv away for repair. A replacement screen was needed and is now back on the wall as good as new within 5 working days. Thanks guys. I owe you a beer. Up the ⚫️⚪️

Weird conversation where they refused to give a view of likely repair cost over the phone (it’s a common fault with this Sony TV model so surely they know possible outcomes?) and they refused to book us in for an engineer visit because they couldn’t commit to be in our area, even if we booked well in advance. Utterly bizarre and completely focussed on what suits them rather than the customer.

Hi sence uk sent my details to these guys as wifi not working on tv and wanted to get someone out to have look. Got a phone call to book home visit (only am self employed and booking a day off would cost me £120) i was told they could book a day but not a time, i am in after 3.30 and was told not we could not do after this time as they shut at 4.00???? Tv is £169 new!!! So then got couldn't do anything and they was sending me back to HiSence UK..... Do company's think that people don't work or something????? Its working class people that keep people like this going.
