We hired a Luton van on 6.3.23 for 5 days. The cost was very competitive with other companys. The staff were excellent in all matters. On the 4th day we managed to get the van stuck on the corner. the wheels kept spinning on the wet drive. We have to go up a steep hill and corner to our house. I called the office and they said they would come out straight away to sort it out. they were out in no time and said they would get the van up the hill he tried with his vehicle but the wheels kept spinning. He called another person who had the day off and he came and got the van up to our house. from the start, with me in a bit of a panic they gave me the confidence that they would sort it out. All the time being calm and pleasant. I fully recommend this company and we are hiring again next week.
