Could not have been worse. Placed £400 order, zero confirmation(only paypal) of receipt. 3 wks pass- nothing. Email enquiry sent. Zero reply. 3 phone attempts- no reply. Follow up email- zero reply. Now I'm getting nervous & check if still trading. Looks OK online. 2 more calls, no reply. FB message in desperation, get a reply an hr later. Ask when to expect product, they check & tell me its discontinued & they can refund me. Unreal! Without me chasing, how long would they have sat on my money? They deserve zero stars.

The team over there are amazing, front desk are always helpful to speak to and get advice from and are always willing to speak for ages. Always have been very supportive and helpful I could spend my whole day at tegiwa talking to the guys, thank you guys for making me feel at home, might need to stay at tegiwa as the wife’s going mad about the parts, any space for one more guy?😂

Always used tegiwa for my honda parts and it’s always spot on. But the only thing that annoys me with them is if you buy 10 items for example, and one item isn’t in stock for 2-3 weeks, they will hold your order till that part arrives. So if you’re desperate for the parts you’re stuck. Be good if they reached out to you after you placed your ordered to arrange 2 parcels, etc
