Got some fish from here and got over charged £8, realised when I got home and checked receipt. Reason why I'm doing this review is because I went back yesterday got a lot of fish and they tried to charge me £8 extra again until I questioned them, we had already calculated what the cost would be before going to the counter! Is this £8 a store entry fee. Also horrible woman who doesn't have any customer service skills. Will never enter this shop again !

Good range of pets on offer. But shop could do with a good clean and aquatic bit needs the bugs sorting out. Put me off getting stuff from shop. Shame but would try again in the future.

I have shopped here for fish on a few occasions now and although the range of fish is good and I’m sure the staff are very knowledgeable unfortunately it comes at a price! The lady who works here is extremely rude and has a very poor attitude towards customers. On the first occasion I was met with this I accepted it because, yes, I am a novice and perhaps had made a few mistakes in my set up but when this rudeness becomes a common theme I can think of better places to spend my money where I don’t have to be insulted at the same time. The chap seems quite pleasant and it’s a real shame that his business partner is letting him down. I thought twice before spending my money today and simply told her to put the fish back before walking out, I won’t be going back.
