Very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend 1. We applied for preplanning permission and architect didn't know the fees he is supposed to pay to submit our application. He paid much less to what he was supposed to which delayed the whole process by 6 months. 2. He didn't submit the proper requirement of our granny house and the case worker was confused about the purpose of the build 3. Teem consultant didn't submit proper map of neighbouring locality and the case worker objected about the neighbouring dwellings being affected when there was just a garage next to proposed site. I would not recommend Teem consultant as when our preplanning permission was declined the architect didn't bother to call and discuss and just informed us by pasting the council decision on whatsapp.
