I ordered and paid on-line, to be delivered to my hotel, with artwork front and back, which I then asked to be changed a bit... Found this place because we needed next-day printing urgently for a gift and this was one of very few options. Specified in my initial email the date we needed to pick up the shirt and they said it would be ready, they asked me to confirm, I responded confirming (in writing). The following day after I’d already paid, they told me it actually wouldn’t be available until the day after we needed the shirt for. I asked why and they said you needed to pay to actually confirm the order, which they very conveniently had not mentioned before. Ultimately they did not have the shirt ready by the time we needed it and we weren’t able to get the gift to our friend before they left. The only reason we went with this place was because they had said they would have the shirt ready by the day we needed it, and that ended up not happening. The cherry on top - I decided to go through with the order anyways rather than go through the hassle of getting my money back, and they sent me the mock up by email in the middle of the night (12:35 AM). They proceeded to whatsapp me and call me in the middle of the night to confirm the mock up before they printed the shirt. I genuinely am baffled it didn’t dawn on them that I would be asleep at 12:36 AM on a weekday and to send the mock up at a reasonable hour when I can respond?? Also pretty unprofessional to WhatsApp call your customers at 12:36 AM but that aside, pretty strange.. By the time I woke up and saw the mock up it was too late as they’d already printed it but it was not fantastic. The graphic we wanted on the front was pretty different (way bigger) than the example I sent, but it would’ve been an easy fix if they’d sent me the mock up at a reasonable hour and I’d actually been able to respond. All together - super unfortunate experience, save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. Editing review to include a respond to the owner's reply below: Hi Adam, Thanks for the response. Re the printing date miscommunication - saying you had no response from me until April 11 is not entirely fair. In my first email and all subsequent emails I mentioned we needed the shirt for April 11. In my initial order form my latest delivery date specified was April 11. I made very clear that we needed the shirt on this date. You asked me to confirm on April 10, I replied saying “Yes I’d like to confirm” the same day. You’re correct that I didn’t pay until the next morning, but to my knowledge I had done everything needed to confirm the order already so I didn’t realize the payment was urgent. So if your policy is that you don’t consider an order confirmed until you receive payment, that’s entirely fair, but you never mentioned this to me until it was too late, knowing full well that I needed the shirt by the 11th. Again this was a birthday gift and because of this mishap our friend didn’t get a gift on their birthday. I just don’t understand if you knew I needed it by April 11 why not mention you need the payment completed as the confirmation before it was too late? This aside - I don’t write negative reviews for fun or to sabotage small businesses as your response seems to be implying. My family runs a small business as well and when we make mistakes we make every effort to remedy them, rather than trying to guilt our customers into writing a more favourable review. I don’t appreciate being made to feel I’m “harming” your business and family by just being honest and sharing my experience.
