Fantastic service received from Amanda and John. We were after a Tinker trailer for my sons wheelchair and Ted's Trailers was the local stockest. We went to see them and nothing was too much trouble. We got exactly the trailer that fitted our needs. They even met us half way once our trailer was ready to be collected. I would highly recommend. Highly recommended Teds Trailer Hire, I booked a motorcycle trailer to transport a bike from Scotland to Liverpool, the trailer was in excellent condition, perfect for the job, I was shown how to hitch/unhitch the trailer on my car (I'm not sure if that was Ted), there was an inspection sheet to check all was good with the trailer, a padlock for the hitch was provided and a ramp. The booking of the trailer was also great (I think that was with Amanda) and straight forward, the price was really good, just a refundable deposit to pay. As I said, highly recommended. Collected the bike (over a 300 mile round trip) the front wheel of the bike locked in to the wheel holder and was held secure enough to hold the bike upright while it was strapped in using the various locking points. The platform of the trailer makes loading and unloading really easy and safe. The trailer is light enough to pulled by a 1.0 Fiesta but also strong, rigid and almost silent when driving on small country roads and the motorway (unlike some trailers which rattle and bounce) I had no concerns pulling this trailer empty and more importantly with my new bike on the back. Best bike trailer I've ever used.

We wanted to buy a trailer for family camping holidays and went to look at the one we liked at Ted’s Trailers. Both John & Amanda were very helpful on the phone before we went in and when we got there, John discussed different trailers with us and we actually ended up buying the slightly smaller size which we’ve found to be perfect for us. Great customer service & support afterwards.

Looking to buy a trailer to take to Glastonbury next month & found T Ts on Google. Spoke first to Amanda ( John the owner's wife ) who was very helpful & then went to their shop on Breck Road ( plenty of parking opposite on the carpark of the Cabbage Hall pub ) John was very helpful and showed me a range of trailers pointing out the pros & cons of each. Unfortunately I have champagne 🍾 tastes but only a lemonade income so wasn't able to purchase the trailer I wanted. But I've agreed to hire one for the week ( £145 ) And if/when I can afford to purchase one I'll certainly buy from them ; honest old fashioned customer service .
