    What a transformation, from mud bath to a beautiful paved garden. Paul and Jamie are really lovely, approachable and hard working guys. Their workmanship and attention to detail is exceptional. The property was left clean and tidy each day and all rubbish removed on completion. They worked tirelessly throughout and constantly updated us on the progress and what steps were next. Paul showcased his friendly demeanour during consultation, alongside his flexibility and customer centric approach to his work. 2. The quote was comprehensive and fairly priced based on the current market. He was happy to work with us on agreeing a final solution that aligned with our budget. 3. Paul was very punctual, he attended the consultation on time and responded to all emails and text messages promptly. 4. I was reassured the work would be done to a high standard based on the timelines set out. It was clear Paul would not work in haste. 5. The google reviews and Instagram page provided comfort and confidence. Once initiation of their work commenced, the team mobilised rapidly and were happy to work independently with minimal disturbance/interruptions to us while we worked from home. The team ensured a safe and clean site while work was in progress and clearly prioritised quality, demonstrated by the care and attention to detail they applied while operating. We asked for some additional slabbing which resulted in some rework from Paul and team but they were happy to accommodate our new requirements and ensured the customer’s needs were met.
