Refused being treated as apparently full capacity. No one was around, it was completely empty but it was 10 mins to closing time. I thought hospital supposed to treat people. Staff very rude. Disappointed.

Staff were polite and helpful to a degree, much more than they are at Kingston hospital. This was my first visit here and it was a positive experience and day, in great company within my negative week. Cold & Chilled (& FREE) water machine in the waiting area of the Blue area, which is where I was instructed to wait to be called into my appointment. My only negative was, (as also mentioned politely to the nice black lady that I was seen by...) • It' would be a helpful advantage If the NHS trust could have some shower type handles on the wall next to the couch I was laying on, as I'm fully aware the employees aren't allowed to 'lift' patients up, as I'm a very large disabled man and trying to sit up and off the couch after the appointment was made extremely difficult, and not helped by an acute back pain either! Apart from that, my day went great, and I even had a walk up to Superdrug for some purchases prior to killing 20 minutes upon early arrival. I would look into making future appointments at this Teddington hospital.

I have nothing but praise for the way I was treated today. Reception staff and doctor very professional and caring. I consider that the wait of 2 hours was totally acceptable given that it was standing room only in the waiting area when I arrived. Thank you.

Very very bad hospital went yesterday night 5 of may around 8 pm With pain on my chest and headache 🤕 and feel deezy… And one of the doctor was sayings to me that couldn’t help me cause they were closing in 2 minutes.. and to go in in Kingston with a taxi…. doctor who work only for money and not to save life …

Visited physiotherapy dept in April. Excellent professional, and indepth consultation. I was very happy with the advice given. I was listened to and did not feel rushed. I have had cause to visit Teddington memorial hospital for several different issues over many years and my care has always been wonderful. Thank you.

I just came out the Urgent care with my 5yo who opened her chin at school and we wait 15 min to be helped and the attention was really good, thanks to Dr Josiah to take such a good care of my daughter!

Awful patient support. I was not expecting such a service from the people who gave a Hippocratic oath. We came for the other hospital for the dressing after the surgery as we were explained that this hospital can accommodate us for 8am till 8 pm. Once we were (about 5pm) the the reception told that she did not sure if the dressing still available but she foun us in the system. There was no busy at all, only a few people wew waiting to be called by doctors and we would be nedded just 3 minutes of ther attention to stop the blod, remove the old dressing and make a new one. We brought all requited items for dressing with us. We have been called by the nurses but apparently Dr.Ross came and said that they are not going to do the dressing by the policy (which nobody mentioned before, however we were there a few times). The dressing service finished at 4pm. The Dr.Ross was quite rude and did not want to listen at all, just closed the doore on front of the customer after surgery. Is this real service from the doctors? Are they still remember purposes of their job or the only thing they are interested is how to organise a next strike? Once we left we received the call from the rude receptionist how did not introduced herself. She told again about policy and said that we have to go to the West Meddlesex hospital and hanged up with no chance us to talk. We came back to ask the name of that "lovely " receptionist but the told that they are not allowed to provide us any names of the staff, even for the complaints. Complete unprofessional staff. We will find way to do more formal complaint to the highest institution.
