Went to 2 different Halfords, couldn't fix the issue due to parts availability, looked up Ted's Cycles on Google. Checked the reviews and brought the bike for Ted to have a look. Was very knowledgeable, knew exactly how to resolve the problem and the direction to go if a certain part could not be obtained (as bike was 5 years old parts were difficult to obtain/compatibility issues). The completed job - fully fixed bike, great maintenance advice, very pleased, Thanks Ted's. Great job would definitely recommend.
