I called Ted after seeing rats in the garden, hearing scratching in the ceilings and walls and even seeing one in the house! I called 2 companies and opted to go with Ted because he could come to me in the quickest time. He then told me the price which was a lot cheaper than the other company. Edward came to the house the following day and within 5-10 minutes he had located 3 nests. He explained that he thought there may be up to 6 rats. He baited the nests and we didn’t see or hear any rats again! Edward came once more to find the bait gone, and then a third time where he confirmed that the nest was no longer active. I would highly recommend Ted, this bloke knows his stuff! He’s reliable and gets the job done. Can’t thank him enough. Service: Rodent extermination

Edward was so helpful when we discovered a wasps next in the loft. He came out to us on the same day and dealt with it quickly and confidently. He was very helpful and gave us advice on what to do if they came back and also about some other pest problems we have in the garden. We found another wasp next a few days later, and again he came out the same day and sorted that for us too. So helpful and a very nice guy. We contacted the company early in the morning and they came that day. He has helped us resolve the problem, and gave us lots of useful advice and stopped the problem from escalating. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again (hopefully won’t have too but if I did I would go back). They’re much better value for money than some of the other companies and helped save us money. He is such a genuine and lovely guy and will go above and beyond to make sure the problem is resolved. From start to finish it was a highly professional service! Edward came to help us just 30 minutes after calling him on a Sunday. When he arrived he listened to our concerns, investigated where he thought the most likely place for rat activity was and placed poison down... within 30 minutes we heard the pesky rat pulling at the poison Edward had placed! He was chatty and explained alot to us, would highly recommend this knowledgeable expert that solved our problem at a time that was good for us and the price was very good - literally half the price of another company we called. Edward was absolutely incredible. We heard noices coming from our loft, contacted him straight away and he arrived at our home within 30min. Very professional and friendly. He did a full inspection and discussed/ explained everything to us. Whenever there was an update (from us) he would respond straight away and overall came out 4 to 5 times and solved our problem. We are so grateful for his work. He is very experienced and knowledgeable we could not fault him or his service. Our uninvited squirell squatters were kindly evicted within 10days calmly and professionally. He not only solved the issue but provided excellent advice on further proventing said unwanted guests.
