We left our 1 year old labrador at teckels for 11 days. Staff totally put my mind at ease about leaving him. The whole process was made so much easier by the amazing staff. Loki absolutely loved going there I wasn't sure he'd want to come home. What a little treasure teckels is 👏

Rarely answer the phone, rarely reply to any messages left. Finally drove there having expressed an interest in one of the rescue dogs, and could never get a member of the homing team on the phone as they are, understandably, not on reception and your call cannot be transferred should anyone actually answer the phone. On arrival, looked like 5 or so staff enjoying a cigarette break, and 2 people on reception! Made me wonder why the phone is so seldom answered. Having owned 3 rescue dogs over the last 31 years, we were not deemed a match for the dog we expressed an interest in, and have not been contacted since. We have now welcomed a rescue Greyhound into our home through Greyhound Trust Rescue in Honiton. Different organisation altogether!!
