Avoid avoid I have membership of better gym kentish they have all machines from techno gym when ever break down they took weeks to fix it. I will suggest you stay away from thecnogym equipment

Avoid at all costs. Bike was delivered with faulty wiring, completely inoperative. Technician installing it didn’t know how to turn the bike on to identify this. Someone else eventually came out to repair the wiring. Then the very first time it was used, a pedal fell off almost causing a serious injury. Couldn’t be reattached, currently waiting for yet another repair person to visit. And of course Technogym use third party companies to do repairs rather than handling things themselves, so who knows how long it will take. Wish we’d bought a Peloton instead!

I wish I could say positive things but I really wish I had never bought from Technogym. Delivery was delayed with no warning, upon arrival the product did not work and the person who came to set it up did not know how to make it work, I am still waiting for someone to come and fix it - no word ... a product I paid £2000 for I have never been able to use. After sales service non-existent. Really disappointing.
