    I am just about OK with the basics and once familiar with a program I can usually cope. However, I can also press a button and descend into complete chaos which I am unable to resolve! James came initially to set up a new computer for me with appropriate software. I also wished to set up a new email address which he also helped with. Due to my inadequacies, James had to return a couple of times to sort everything out! I thank him for his invaluable help and also for his infinite patience much needed in my case!

    Was so impressed with this service. My Macbook Pro stopped working after spilling a glass of red wine onto it. After being told by my local shop that it would take 2-3 weeks to fix, I phoned Technodoctor and they repaired it the next day. My Mac was collected and returned for no extra charge. I thought it was too good to be true. I didn't need to worry, my laptop was delivered back to me the next day for the cost originally quoted and is working perfectly. Thanks Technodoctor
