Not sure how this moulder is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2012 certified, the amount of mistakes and oversights from this company is unbelievable. They used the incorrect CAD files, modified our tools and somehow managed to run mould samples from the tool before parts were shipped to us when we had then realised that the parts were the wrong old design and informed Techniplas. This was due to the wrong version CAD file used by Terry Wilkins that he had sent over to his outsourced toolmaker. I wonder whether any quality procedures were ever followed at any time? clearly not. Terry neither accepted or acknowledged his mistakes and not once did he budge and attempt to offer to resolve the issues at his own cost (since it was his mistakes) instead on the sly he posted an invoice to us with the extra charges for work done to resolve the errors that he had made. Poor service. I would not recommend this moulder.
