Two orders. Both late, first one also supplied to a different specification but I worked with it. Second order cancelled after I was crystal clear that the delivery time was critical and they casually sent a proforma invoice a week before the agreed delivery date saying that they could supply within 3 weeks of the invoice getting settled. Direct engagement with the salesman could not resolve the issue. Nice people, not effective, my opinion is that if timings and specifications are not critical then go with TFS, otherwise try one of the many other companies.
