Absolutely appalling! Totally irresponsible and couldn’t care less attitude. Have been strung along since May that they could adapt a fiat for my brother and after various fobbing off phone calls I have been told now in November it can’t be done. My brother’s condition means he is essentially housebound without the automated ramp and they’ve made us wait 7 months just to say they can’t do it! Utterly shocked at their heartless unprofessional attitude. No apology no communication.
