A 2 day repair left me with a bunch of hassle and with my phone still broken, 5 days later. My phone developed a charging fault. I called Tech Parts who said that they could repair it. I brought it into the shop on Friday and they said it would be ready to collect on Monday. On Monday I came to the shop during opening hours but it was shut, with no notice or explanation. On Tuesday I came to the shop first thing and the staff member said that he'd taken my phone home and forgotten to bring it in. He said he would arrange for it to be delivered to me that day. Nobody came. On Wednesday I called again first thing to check my phone was at the shop for me to collect. They said the shop would be closed again the day, as all the staff were needed at their warehouse due to a leak. They said they would deliver it to me. I rang again to remind them shortly before 5 as they'd still not come. Around 6, they delivered my phone and said that they'd been unable to repair it. They said they'd tried replacing the charging port but that hadn't fixed the problem so they put the old one back in and returned the phone to me, still not working. At least they didn't charge me, after all that.
