2nd Final Edit: So I finally got my ipad back yesterday 22nd - only after leaving this review. I was contacted yesterday claiming they lost it temporarily which seems to contradict what they told me on Thursday 16th that they couldn't make it to the post office. Overall I cannot say I trust them to do business with them again. Additionally, when I sent my ipad to them I was looking for a screen repair and that's all, however he would only fix it if he could replace the frame (which cost double) which had a tiny crack in it at the top -- This same ipad screen was previously repaired successfully by someone else in the past with the same existing defect so the previous store had no trouble fitting a screen. Therefore in my opinion the minor frame defect did not affect the screen placement since the screen is heat glued on but he insisted he would only fix it with that additional cost as well as telling me the camera needed replacing as well despite it having no crack or noticeable damage on the exterior of the camera so I declined because at this point it felt like they were just trying to charge me more than what is strictly needed. I'd be wary for other customers who could be taken advantage of. _________________________ 1st Edit: You say why haven't I contacted you? I did right before this review. But again its been 10 days and I continue to be told excuses for why I have not received my ipad. I'm waiting for the tracking number from you. I sent my device in for repair on the 9th, I paid an invoice on the 11th and still waiting to receive my iPad back 10 days later. I've phoned 3 times so far and will update this soon.

Fantastic shop. Really helpful and friendly staff. Identified the awful job that had previously been done on my phone and fixed it up. Had a minor glitch when I got home but they were happy for me to bring it back and they fixed it for no extra charge.
