They are all scammers my mom took her phone which only needed a Display replacement and charged her £150 and £10 for a screen protector in cash only to give it back 2 days later with a ton of viruses and problems including that the screen had a green reflection and you couldn’t see anything even up Close Till at some point the same day it completely stopped working we went back the other day to get a refund and ACTUALITY fix the phone but they asked for another £150 for the phone that THEY broke and said it was our fault and said the the phone was completely fine but then we wanted to sell it to them they said they would take it for £50 even though the phone was £500 with the repair and with the audacity they said I quote “ this phone is trash no one will want to buy it “ but they said that only when THEY had to give money but when my mom wants a refund they said that it was HER fault and that the phone was completely fine then it wouldn’t even turn on would give 0 stars but that’s sadly impossible don’t listen to the good reviews they pay people to write those and delete the bad reviews with starting to the uk law 235 it’s is illegal the phone is now unfixable and the screen looks like plastic and my mum was forced to buy a new phone

I took a tablet to fix. Charged £40 and it came back without the switch on button (apparently it was doing a weird wire connection) so now I have to introduce a pen into the slot to turn on, plus it is giving me extra connection problems. If you don't have the skills or knowledge about a device you should NOT TRY TO FIX IT and we would have go somewhere else. Absolutely incompetent and greedy service.
