unfortunately i have had a van blocking the access lane round the back of our hotels last weekend and all of this weekend, i put a note on it on saturday morning at 7 in the morning, he was seen taking the note the van moved and then came back and parked blocking the access lane again. i was needing to do building work and needed to back vehicles trailers etc we also need it for every supplies and entering the back of our properties not to mention disabled and fire and ambulance access. this company would not of known but the owner of the property there is getting people to block the lane on purpose as he has done for 5 years with bins and cars and vans etc, he is telling his guests to park there, however the police and council had cleared the access lane of bins etc i rang the company tecctre8 this morning at 830 and advised as i had not been able to do the building work planned i would require compensation, they said i would not get any, so i have rung the police job number x026380 and i am starting legal action, im paying 4 council taxes and just want the access i bought with my property. i have now received a txt apologising from someone and asking me to remove the post, they claim they bought the van i september, the firm say they sold the van 6 weeks ago, so not sure if it is true, as i require compensation for not being able to do refurbishments, my solicitor advised i can get the details from the dvla but it takes a few weeks.
